The software that you have requested contains encryption that is controlled for export by the U.S. Department of Commerce. I/We agree that I/We will not transfer, re-export, resell or otherwise dispose of the software except to individuals and commercial entities who meet the criteria set forth in the preceding subparagraphs of this certification and who also agree to comply with the conditions of this certification. We also agree that we will not re-export, resell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the software in any manner that violates the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

I/We understand that non-U.S. locations may restrict the import, use, sale or re-export of encryption products, and agree that I/We shall be solely responsible for compliance with such local laws and regulations, both before and after receiving the software.
